I Live In California, am permanently disabled and on SSI have no real property just a car that I can't even drive due to my disability. I received a court paper from an attorney that a judgment will be entered into my name sometime in April. I know I have nothing for them to take, but was told that they can still make me go to court and answere question regarding my finances. Can I sent them a letter so that they can look up my statis and see that I really am on SSI and have nothing. I don't want to have to go to court to answere question (do to my disablity it's difficult to travel) Thank you
