Here's the email reply! Computerguy, I am being overwhelmed with request right now. Let me tell you this. I am currently in dispute with two cards with MBNA. A took them to Arbitration in accordance with their own contract and Won. They did not like it so they have turned around and took me to Arbitration again, which is, illegal. The was resolved and binding. My attorney wants to pursue a class suite do to the Arbitration clause in their contract. It is Unconsicionable and is a sham due to a conflict of interest between them and Wolfpoff & Abramson and NAF. NO ONE will be giving due process with NAF in their contract. There is a ton of case law against this already. We have an extreamly good case, but need enough people to pursue. If you want to know more, I'll be very happy to talk with you via phone. If you are having trouble paying them or they are bothering you, this might be something that could give you relief. If I can gather enough MBNA customers whom are having similar problems , this very large Law firm will be looking into a class suite. If you don't want to call, but would be interested, please let me know how the Law firm can reach you.
