JKelly must run a BK Service because she's always trying to get people not send a Validation request and look into BK. Wolpoff & Abramson is going to get you Arbitrated on and a judgment against you regardless. Why not do the right thing and deny the charges and the validity of the debt and make sure you mail the request Certified RRR. Once you do this you are covered if they proceed with their Sham proceedings and you have a flagrant violation of the FDCPA. This can be used on your behalf at a later time. Just some food for thought. You might want to go to my previous post this morning and read about MBNA a sham contract and the post about what is going to be going on against MBNA and Wolpoff & Abramson.
