SOL on credit cards in NY is SIX YEARS - its a dead duck !! You do NOT have to pay anyone anything for this thing and if it was your Ex's account, you have NO liability regardless.

NO ONE can freeze your bank accounts without suing you and winning a judgment FIRST - and its too late for them to sue you - legally.

To find out if any judgments exist, call the courthouse and ask, they can tell you.
