When they claim they sent the first dunning letter is immaterial, unless you have a copy without the mini-miranda and can therefore BURN THEM with it.

What matters is your greencard showing the date that they signed for your validation request CRRR, plus evidence of further collection activities without validation from them AFTER receiving it. You can show THAT to the judge and watch them squirm.
