they will always threaten you. i get it daily. i doubt the company has a clue what each one ever says to you, altho i got the mini miranda today and when i congratulated her on it --she got sooo mad. lol. she also said this call may be taped..which none have said before. but..you will speak to diff ones constantly,, dont take much of what is said too personally. they have a whole list of crap they spout off. doesnt mean nothing. i would be really careful asking for validation. as usual, the law was meant to help us, and they turn it into something bad.
