unfortunatly, they do this.(doesnt make it right tho) which is why paying a Ca isnt usually helpful. they simply pocket what they can and then sell or assign it again. they dont care if you pay it perfectly or not. you have no contract with them. stupid reasoning on their part but its just life. unless you can get in writing..a contract with a CA..and then they will still sell it again and the contract is no good. if i cant pay the OC ..original creditor..i wont pay a CA. remember, most of them live on threats and verbal abuse. dont listen. or as i do..just mess with them. if i had the money, i would pay off the original creditor unless its been sold. . dont be scared of the CAs. they always ask for more than you have. its a bargaining chip to push every cent out of you. since you are paying..they think you are a easy target. mine want me to pay the interest. rofl. righttttttttt. i have a toilet should i want to simply flush money!
