First NASTY American National Bank

My situation very similar to yours . When start to fall behind my payments , they start to call constantly and harressed me to pay or they going to take legal action .
I had financial problems but I'm still paying as much as I can but for them it is not enough I should pay amount what they want . By the way , they increaed my APR %26 ,late fee charges and new thing they do , they lower your credit line more you owe them , they can charge over limit fee too . Simply they do whatever will hurt you . Talking any of their rep like talking to wall , forget it . All other creditors are agree to work with me except them .
I called OFFICE OF THE COMPTROLLER OF THE CURRENCY (OCC),what they saying , what FNANB does legal . I was amazed what they told me . They sound this bank untouchable .
More I searched about this bank more shit I find . They should name themselves First NASTY American National Bank and they really deserve it .
If you guys know any legal action taking against to this bank , I'll be glad to add my name to it too .
