Far as I can tell it is 5 years. YOu can be sued in either the state where the debt was incurred, or the state where you now reside, and they will choose the one with the longest SOL. I am not clear on service though. (you must be served in the state where you now reside, as far as I know) Hopefully someone else will clear that up for you.
