This unworthy scribe is with LadynRed. The debate rages, course of wisdom indicates it's asking for trouble to demand validation on in-SOL debt.
However, many times the CA realizes you're more trouble than you're worth. One rancid putrid insect was replied to with a demand for validation on in-SOL debt.
Some time later they reappear, when the debt is beyond SOL, trying to collect - harassment instigated by a poofter 'papa's boy' lawyer - who chairs a prominent state commission and as well has spent the last twenty or so years converting our family assets into their wallet. For the time being, that is. Shower time's 'a coomin'!
Various agencies find the coincidental timing twixt CA activity and Atty. Poofter's intrusions to be of interest.
This is mentioned to underscore fact that CA's are a criminal cabal who serve many strange masters and mistresses. Some of the mistresses wear men's slender-cut fancy-boy suits.
Respond with all your might when prodded by scum. Think of the spider. A slight tug at web brings the arachnid 'a runnin', full of venom. It's how he survives. Fight vigorously with every legal device you may yet muster.

Vigorously,

Keyser Soze
