Report your distress to your physicians, contact your local Social Security office. Document the detrimental effects upon your well being resulting from the predatory behavior of this swine.
You are judgement proof. California has its own FTC agency, contact them. You are in a great state as regards consumer indebtedness, many more rights and protections than you know.
A CA who causes your health to suffer is in violation of FTC regs. Why not contact the FTC as well? Make as much trouble for these gutless punks as possible. Make it so their ill-gotten blood money provides them no comfort.
