Why won't FTC act? One amoeba of a collector backed away in a big rush shortly after the FTC opened a file on him, just one was all it took.
When the complaint file reaches a certain height, it has a tendency to fall with ever so much more force upon the heads of the guilty.
Look, the shotgun approach is always good when your life is on the line. This is combat. Your assets, freedom, health, well-being are at stake. File with everyone.
Yes, they do take action. And in Florida, be sure to write the FL Div. Banking Regulation, Office of Investigations. They now handle CA poo-poopery. And in the manner of the FTC, yes indeed the State Div. Banking has a knack for gaining the attention of these syphillitic sleazebags.
