Can anyone answer this? I have a judgement against me for a medical bill. I was contacted by my bank that a hold had been placed on my account for this bill. I called the collector and explained that the hospital was paid by my insurance after they sent me in for collection . The collector stopped the hold on my bank account & said they would look into it& released my bank account. It has been 3 mon. and I have not heard from them. The judgemnent is about 7 years old. Will this go away by itself or do I need to do something about it?
