Yes, there is an SOL on judgments. In NY its 10 years, can be renewed 1 time for MAX of 20 years. However, if you've NEVER heard anything about this until now, its very doubtful there's any judgment.

Like I said, if this was your Ex's bill and your name wasn't on the accoun, no one could make you pay it anyway.
