First: I have a "HRS"(Household Retail Services) acct. WAY past dew. Turned over to ASG(acct. solutions group) , told them to go to hell. They sent it back to OC. Tried to work with OC and in two days got a call from MSA( Mountain States Adjustment) , gave them limited C&D over phone(recorded). Got 1st letter today in mail. Just now got phone call from "Jack" about account. Told him of C&D and he states:" Mr.X you need to pay your debts!" I then give him the limited C&D and he then states:" The next company this goes to WILL SUE YOU!" Then he hangs up. I call back and ask to talk to supervisor. I get "Jason Myere" and he has the nerve to say that a dead beat has no say as to what FDCPA is and I can sue them all I want as they are just stating a fact.
I got all of this recorded and I WILL see their sorry ass in court!
I swear, I am in the collection business and I could NOT believe what was posted here until I had to go through this myself. This kind of abuse HAS to stop and I have the ear of some VERY good people that has the power to look into this and do what is needed to put a STOP to it.
I'm going tommorrow to talk with an atty. that has been in law as or 1949 and LOVES to fight for the "little guy" for sh**s and giggles. This piece of scum IS going down and W&A is next on my list.
As of NOW I am making this PERSONAL! PISSED OFF!
