True, if you are sued, and the accounts are within SOL and are yours, your best option is bankrupcy. You can have a judgement vacated after bankrupcy (be sure to include judgement in bankrupcy) but that is extra work for the attorney and extra fees. So, better to file bk if you are legally served.
