W&A is going to sue you utilizing a judgment based upon their sham NAF Arbitration Forum. If you file BK then more power to you, but remember W&A have to be held accountable under the FDCPA. I don't know of one person that I have conversed with in the last 3 years that have had W&A send back a validation of the debt. They proceed with the NAF and get a judgment without validation violating Federal Code everytime. Why would anybody sit on their haunches and let a 3rd Party take them to MSJ without putting up some kind of a fight or roadblock. BTW I do not charge for anything that I do for people. I do not have a business that eliminates debt. I do know someone that does, but I put you in contact with them on a one to one basis. What happens after that is between you and them. Discrediting me is a daily thing with about 4 or 5 posters on this forum that think their method is the only thing that holds water.
