Attorney Frederick Hanna- Any dealings with these boys?

Received a call today from Fred's boys on a First Card account that went into our bankruptcy several years ago. Sherman (Alegis) got a hold of it during the bankruptcy process. Unfortunately I made a few payments to them until last month when I send them a cease communication letter. It now landed in the hands of Attorney Fred Hanna (who incidentally claims they are attorneys and not a debt collection agency. I plays with the guy for a while and asked for something in writing by certified mail. He said their company doesn't waste their money sending that type of mail! When I refused to pay him without proof, he said he will close the account as "refused to pay" and to hire a lawyer and my case will be in front of the magistrate! Then slammed the phone in my ear! Any dealing with these "bad boys"!!!!
