This is a link to both bk exemptions and judgements. They can't touch your home in Texas and they can't garnish your wages either. Protect your banking info NOW. See post just below this one. I think bankrupcy is a good idea. Not easy to live with judgements and constant worry about what might be seized. Good Luck.
