Do they have a time limit on renewing the judgement or not? I found something with sol for judgements. Thought it said something like, may be renewed for a period of ten year after it has been entered for a period of 5 yr from date of entry? I am not sure but does that mean if they have not applied to renew the judgement by 04/97 they cant? or can they wait until now to renew or is the SOL up on the judgement??.....am i right or do I need to get a lawyer to figure this out.........
