I got legal advice early on. I knew exactly what I would do if I was sued, and I did it. I was served at about 5PM on a Friday, I was in my attorney's office by 2PM on Monday. My attorney made a call to their attorney and that was the end of it. Obtaining legal advice early saved me a lot of stress and sleepless nights.
