the STate is New York. And yes, I did file a Motion to Vacate, not a Motion to dismiss. My last payment was in 1992. the CA bought the account in 1993. Then they filed and got a default judgment in 1998, 28 days after the SOL had expired. In 2003, they levied my bank accounts and this was the only notice I've received, nothing prior to the levy I have proof of my last payment.
It appears to me that they did this thinking I could not defend myself
