The only thing I can think of is a Chapter 13. Wage earners bk, if you have the income and can show that you have it. Get the house out of your name, wait a year or so and then convert the chapter 13 to a 7. That is called a chapter 20. (I think) I have heard of this being done, but I really think you need to consult with an attorney.
