Camco- Illinois phone calls asking for my daughter now

14 year old Chase Credit card,I filed bankruptsy on is on CAMCO's list for collection. Thanks to you guys on this board I now know that they are a scam. I haven't sent my C&D letter yet,however, last night I got the "Illinois" caller ID on the phone. I answered it and they said "one moment please" I replied back "if this is CAMCO, do not call again. "I am sending a C&D letter and what you are doing is Illegal"
This morning they called and asked for my Daughter.
They knew her frist and last name. I just hung up. What can I expect from this Company. Will a C&D letter stop them from calling my house? How do they know my daughters name?
