What "Legal Aid" Told Me

I had spoken to somebody in the Consumer Law Division of Legal Aid regarding the case that MBNA/W&A brought against me, and he basically told me that I am wasting my time even showing up in court and to just let them get the judgement against me because I can't win unless it is a case of identity theft. I don't see the logic behind what he is saying, but I know that even if they obtain the judgement, they can't collect on it seeing as I have no attachable assets. I am going to speak to a couple of other attorneys, see what they advise, but maybe my best option at this point would be filing BK.
