Yes, the judgement is also going to be on my credit report for 7 years. I thought that since it has now on credit report 7 years I might as well file BK 7. Yes, I do pay wages to me. I'm head of household. House in Florida is 100% safe..

But, one BIG question if you can, I have a Huge amount of debt with late fee's etc, etc, etc that is all SOL 4 years that I could NEVER pay back now. Can a creditor file a claim in BK if it is past SOL? I have read in other books that yes I list all debt in BK filing,OF COURSE!! but NO CREDITOR who holds a claim that is past SOL in my state can file a claim that is past SOL in BK court. I even had one BK lawyer tell me to put ZERO BALANCES on all cards past SOL in my BK filing. Just wondering your thoughts....
