The judgment is unenforceable and will come off in 7 years from the filing date, (and is only enforceable for the same 7 years in Fl.)Your BK exemptions are the same as your exemptions in the judgment, you can get rid of the past SOL accounts with the SOL letter and follow up, the cost of BK at $1,000-$1,5000 to do it right and get the judgment vacated, is better off spent on your own family,AND a BK will last on your reports 10 years and will be almost impossible to dispute off.
