I have been sued, maybe I wasn't clear. This is subsequent to my having filed my Answer, that they are now requesting the Plaintiff's request for Defendants Admission of fact, which has not been added to the file at the courthouse. Are they required to file anything they send me after the initial service of the suit to the court also?
