You may have misunderstood your BK lawyer, SOL or not, legitimate or not ALL debts must be listed.
You are looking at the "old" rules for judgment liens in Fl. They were changed 2 & 1/2 years ago. If you go to my website, click on Fl. and scroll down to the bottom, you will find the current lien laws.

When was this judgment entered? Was it also certified and entered against your home in your County? Was it registered in Tallahassee?
