i can tell you after BK..most will not rent to you. and my charge offs are still on my report also. it is 10 -TEN -pages long of every account still listed along with the BK listed also. try to find a nice place..maybe owner leased..owner run and stay away from the big, corporate -run places. good luck!!!!! perhaps a owner-leased house? contact a realtor or 2 in the city (be honest with them) and get them to look for you places. a lot of owners will lease their house instead of sell it and they are not near as strict looking at the paper crap they call credit reports..as they are better at just wanting a decent couple who will take care of the place for them.
