2 no's for you. no they cant garnish wages. and no dont use a debt negotiation..consolidation..repair..nothing but a scam thing. they can take ur bank accounts..and in a judgement take land..or cars you have over the number of drivers in your household. ie: 2 drivers but four cars. but a BK will take that also.
