doesnt matter what it costs me. i dont have the cash. period. everything i had worth anything , including my moms jewelry, was hocked long ago for medicine and food. shrug* ...the only one who ever helped me was my cousin who is a lawyer. he is now a family court judge and not allowed to be in private practice.(he was criminal anyways not civil) whatever they do to me..i dont have the money for a lawyer. im sure your right in that not having a lawyer will cost me more. the fact is..which i tell the CAs constantly..i do NOT have any money. i cant create any more. end of story to me. sorry, i do see your point..but if one has NOTHING..one cant hire someone to save them more of NOTHING. between sickness..BK..i have nothing left. no assets..nothing. all they can do is ruin my credit longer than they already have. with a 382 fico already..lmao...big deal. for those who can afford justice..im glad they can. for those who suddenly can pay a settlement..im glad. we cant, we have zero. if i could afford a lawyer..i wouldnt be behind and in collections. lol.
