ok im done. i am past angry. i just found out ..i DID qualify for hardship on cap one accounts. HOWEVER, they simply chose to not try it. they had rather charge it off..ruin my credit worse..and do this. i have asked..and was told..it is up to the individual person one speaks to, to add the information YOU tell them,. then the hardship dept looks over the accounts..choses who it wants to help..and does so. the rest..r screwed. even when told..even when one tells them im not trying to just skip my debts..some get a break and some dont at a whim. a death or loss of a job or illness does not qualify for hardship. a person in a cap one office OF hardship said it does and would have.."had they done it at the time".. you know what? i quit. i dont care. im done. my credit is gone..my family is ill..my belongings are gone in hock and im fixin to totally unload on some unlucky person who calls me again. it makes no sense to me a BK and 3 charge offs will give me a 382 fico. with several accounts in perfect standing..to this day. i am not disputing..i am not fighting..i dont care anymore. its hopeless. thanks for letting me vent somewhere. sorry but i am so MAD im crying over it all. why even try? i cant fight these tactics. i wish you all the best of luck in your fight against your debts. for anyone who says i didnt ask a question so this thread is immaterial..fine. delete it then. some days i have to simply scream, sorry it was here.
