FYI: forgot to tell you that.... YES they were served with a cease and desist nearly two years ago.... and then went into litigation. Now I'm kicking their butts and they've been just trying to piss me off NOT by calling personally but by the automated calls. I thought that according to FDCPA they could not call. thanks
