i do beat myself up cause it looks awful..and partly is our fault but partly isnt and im just so pissed cap one can just almost control or change others lives on a whim. things beyond our control and they dont care, they not only turned down my offer to try for only a few months to help me but they callously ruined us for many years. i look like a deadbeat now to any stranger who looks..insurance wise..any reason ones credit is checked. it doesnt show the whole story at all and it makes me furious. basically the chick at cap one said.."do you think your the only one who has illness or problems? no your not. we want our money and if we dont get it we will make you pay in one way or another" thats plain WRONG. to find out all this could have been prevented had one person done his job right..i cant begin to tell you how i feel. yeah yeah, life aint fair, but this is beyond anything i have ever dealt with.
