This stuffs on my credit report any thing i can do about it.

I just got my big 3 credit reports and i have some questions about it
1. I found one of the address they have for me Its a storage place where I stored my stuff when my 1st wife and i seperated. They have it listed as a previous residence. How do i correct that. 2. Also found a collection agency on there for a cable bill listed to a address i never lived at. How would i get that removed. 3. also theres a McDuff/hbs on there I have no idea what that is it was open in 1990 but it say last activity date is 1999. I don't believe that is right I would of remembered it. This one is only on this one CR. is it alright to contact them to see what this is or would that open up a can of worms the total is only 235.00. Any help would be great.
