Dispute on line or by mail directly with each of the CRA's any errors or unknown entries. NEVER NEVER NEVER contact an "unknown" entry to "see what it is".

You can get the wrong address deleted by phone to the CRA.

Opt Out

IF the CRA verifies any disputed entries, then you send them( the reporting CA at the address supplied by the CRA) a validation/cease and desist/dispute letter by mail CRRR.
