i have a judgment from huntington bank from 3/1997.. it has come off my report.. however they still report a chargeoff (according to report, last activity 1998)... i thought a chargeoff comes off your report 7years after the 1st delinquency.. I have asked huntington to provide the date of the chargeoff, they are giving me the runaround and won't produce... i have done this in writing and also by phone.... any suggestions... i have nothing to prove when the first delinquency was or any statements.. any help would be appreciated..
