I have Cbusasears, which was a charge-off in 98, now showing on my CRs as 'Pays as agreed'. Balance $0 Yet there is a long history of status codes showing 5, 4, 3, 2 ... meaning they were 120 days late, 90 days late, etc. Anything with the date of last activity of '96 should be off everyone's credit reports now (7 years). Except the accounts closed in good standing (never late), which should remain for 10 years. This may be the reason yours' are still on. They are in good standing.
