What took over thirteen years and much labor is has been blown down. The trhee bureaus had the wrong information. Thus I was not able to refinance my home.
It cost me $80,000. and much crying, I had even thought of changing my name legally and dying my hair.
I had purchased the house to have a place to retire.
We reneted it out for one year, taking a neg of $800 per month. Then the good tenant left due to lay off. House was vacant 5 months. Our savings was gone. We sold stock and sent the mortgage co $16,000 but it was slipping back into unpaid, with no funds left it went into foreclosure. The present renter did not allow us to show the house to buyers, and she could not afford it. Older and wiser now. Can I sue the bureaus for mishandling my credit file.
