We feel that this loan might be considered Predatory Lending and unscrupulous. The ex mother law worked at a bank and a loan was taken out there. My daughter’s signature was recently proven to be forged on that loan. While that loan was in force the ex-mother-in-law started working at a CU and allowed these kids to take out another loan while the first loan was still outstanding. Now this CU has repossessed all the collateral and is coming after my daughter. They really never should have been able to qualify for either loan as they had no money in a bank, any employment history, no residence history and were barley 20 years old. We feel the CU's attorney has already checked the validity of my daughters signature as he was the attorney for the first loan he agreed my daughter’s signature was forged on that loan. My daughter divorced this looser husband three years ago.
