Was this reported to the police? If so, Send a copy with any statements to the CA and CRA's (CRRR, of course). If not, you may want to file a report. She'll need to keep fighting it very deligently. BUT..... I still would NEVER SIGN ANYTHING. Sorry, it just has become second nature.
