you were talking about capitol one..i am dealing with them now. they will not NOT help you one inch. dont expect it..they couldnt care less anything you say unless it has cash attached. they wont stop interest..fees until charge off and basically they are one of the most uncaring..meanest companies i have ever dealt with. i was told yesterday "we will get our money somehow" and just now also told..after 3 CAs have a account..(in 6 months im on my 3rd!!) they will sue you. i said fine..sue. move on. dont expect nothing from them but 100% in their own best interest attitude. im sorry to say it..they r completely amoral. if i can help..just post to me. :)
