Hi Cat, I think I always considered Capitol 1 a predatory lender because they continued sending me offers when I had extremely bad credit and even into and after bk. They just don't give up with those offers. Why don't you just stop paying them and stop letting them stress you out so much. Are they worth it. You have tried and tried. Nobody can fault you on that. THEY CAN'T TOUCH YOU. Let the SOL run and be done with them. Hugs
