Please understand that I am x LEO and my mind tends to think as such. If I ask someone to stop calling me (CA) and they call again can I and will DA follow up if I file complaint! This was done all the time at the S.O. but I never saw one that involved an OC or a CA. Are they exempt? I have searched Ga Statue but can't find anything on it. To me a BADGE showing up at your door makes a MUCH bigger impression than a letter. Just a thought.
