Run from this broker as you would from a maggot-crawling steaming pile of dog plop. He is considered 'expert' in his field and knows jolly well the CA won't pay the original creditor, nor will they take this off your report. They'll just re-age the debt and sell it off to some mutant affiliate 'collections professional' and the fun will begin anew.
You might axe this 'broker' - and that's what he's perhaps trying to do, make you broker - what sort of incentive the CA is paying him for his fraudulent advice.
And AT&T Universal? This writer hasn't forgotten them, nor likely to for the indefitite future. They give new meaning to the word 'predatory'. Total scum. Without the attendant flies. Even they are repulsed.
He revealed himself by stating the report won't come off. Again, he's expert and knows better. This jerk sounds like a stunted-claw appendage of that beast known as the 'credit & collections industry.' Run, run, run and don't look back.

Runningly,

Keyser Soze
PS - Wait 'til the Harvest season. What's the rush? CA's are adroit at creating momentary panic in order to make you act impulsively. Don't.
Had this writer followed internal impulses driven by CA's rather than advice of professionals in the legal and medical arenas, life would not be that which it is at present.
