drew, that is so true. if i was denied a mortage i would simply go elsewhere. yes, you may pay higher interest but to me its worth it to not have the hassle. when one says no, ask another. i hope mine does look DEEPER. we had perfect credit until 3 years ago. literally. A+. boom. now its D-. lol. in 3 years.
