never figured out how to prove it..and if you only get one call a day..your doin good. i get 10 at least. most are hang ups..auto dialed. lucky if you dont get yelled at and told your a criminal deadbeat. then they start on talking to your kids..your parents..your dogs...by its very definition..a CA's job is to harass.
