No, no, no...payments after the charge-off do *not* reset the SOL for lawsuits. The SOL has definitely expired for your debt if the last payment was in '95 or '96. The start of the SOL is the first missed payment date, if you were never current with the OC from that date forward. Payments to the CA after charge-off cannot affect that date unless you signed a NEW written agreement with them.
