has anyone had dealings with them? I was paying this debt collection agency on a charge-off for a Chase Visa card. I asked Mr. Hibbs about them, since they were nice to work with. He said, yes their nice because they are getting our money. Send the cease communication letter and see what happens! Yup! they got real nasty and threatened me with their in-house attorney. That was over two months ago....haven't heard from them yet!!! Always the calm before the storm.
